Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be impacted by carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • New Nightfall is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a claim.

Address Accuracy
